Written by Do we really want to pay our politicians to discuss blasphemy laws? Is this really a law that actually makes a difference? It is my belief that we still have a law that says traitors to the crown should be hung drawn and quartered – but it will never be carried out!
Instead of debating whether this is a law that should be revoked, they should be debating the serious issues that have a very real effect on our society – the state of the NHS, how to stay out of the war the US are trying to start with Iran, or Euthanasia.
