This is the guy who advocates any form of speeding restriction going and wants motorcyclists to essentially be banned from the roads.
This is the guy who wants to legalise heroin – yes, you heard me correctly. He wants to lock up people who speed and leave the mugging junkies and drug dealers on the streets.
How is this guy still in a job? He is bit by bit turning into a megalomaniac who lives to see his name in print – not a good advert for the police force.
