This twat wants top jobs in the new Lloyds Group to go to HBOS staff? The ones that helped bring a banking giant to the brink of collapse?
If Lloyds have any sense whatsoever, they will make sure that the top jobs remain under control of Lloyds staff – the ones that as LloydsTSB managed to turn a profit last year.
Yes it is terrible that people will lose jobs, but it should not be the ones who are competent and clearly understand the risks of risk management – the ones to go should be the inept idiots who don’t understand the need for long term financial planning or why they should not be participating in high risk investments for short term gains.
Let all the LloydsTSB staff and the branch staff of HBOS (they did nothing wrong) keep their jobs – everyone else is expendable – and in some cases, financially disasterous.
