I’d LOVE to do another Shakespeare play – but I think Pauline would want to do another comedy rather than the one I am aching to do. Ever since studying “The Scottish Play” at school, I have always wanted to play Lady Macbeth. Might be a bit dark for the Blackmore stage though, eh?

The Blackmore Players version is my all time fave BP production. You were all so very porfessional and ‘Auntie Pauline’ put all the right bits of the jigsaw in place so early that the whole thig worked like clockwork. I won’t forget the first night going in to shoot video after having worked on the set,…….looking thru the camera a massive jolt of excitement made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up,…the whole thing was so slick that the old English just flowed and allowed the meaning to blossom.

I’ve recently been trying to persuade P to do another Shakespeare but she says it’s not likely with the current BP line-up….. See you soon!
